HERE IT IS! AT LAST - MY FINISHED DOLLY!

... a few months earlier...

That's me - the proud owner of unfinished dolly...

Dolly is finished, but i think these details are interest to look at.

I must say, that this is not just only my work, i worked with Mr Sylwester, who has proper equipment to drill, cut etc (50 years old lathe). Without his help this work will be impossible (btw you can see his hands here on the photos).

Note that wheels are not connected directly on the "rail", there is another axle (kind of seesaw) which helps little bit when the surface is bumpy.

I used "T" shape of the main rails instead of "V" type, just because of that seesaw axle on each group of the wheels. It gives the small but enough freedom of movement for the wheels in up-down direction.

I am thinking about new solution - some kind of "plate" (sorry for my english) on which shortened part of the "rail" will be conected via another (vertical) axle to the platform to provide left-righ movement, so the dolly can be used on the curved pipes/tracks. (i hope that will work - wait and see...)
