| Dates: day of arrival - 28th of April, day of departure - 5th of May, 2001. Organisers: Malopolska Chess Association and Krakow unit of Cross association. |
| Place: Hotel "Trzy Korony" in Niedzica, about 80 km south from Krakow, Poland. Only 2 km from Polish - Slovakian border. |
| The tournament will consit of 9 rounds Swiss system (two double rounds). |
| One and a half hour for 30 moves plus one hour per person until the end of the game. |
| During the event will be played blitz and tournament for pairs, as well. |
| Other attractions as follows: mountains excursions, horses, bicycles, camp fire, billiard, activities on the lake nearby. |
| Prices: |
| The total price fund is 5, 000 zloty, or about 1, 200 USD. The details concerning prices will be presented at the technical meeting the 28th of April, 9 pm. In the tournament can participate every disabled person regardless the rating or chess category. |
| Every player should bring his own chessboard. The cost of participation including full lodging accommodation and entry fee is 100 USD. An accompanying person should pay 120 USD. |
